Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
This is the official Shadowrocket site and user manual. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when visiting this site, reading its documentation and using configuration examples. Read them before following the manual. App purchases and use are also subject to the applicable App Store terms and app license agreement.
1. Scope and information sources
This site provides guidance on verifying the official app, purchasing it, using its features, understanding configuration fields and troubleshooting. The documentation is intended to explain features; it is not a service guarantee for your individual network environment, legal advice or a contract for custom configuration.
The in-app interface and App Store listing may change. Check the App Store listing for current pricing, compatible devices, system requirements and purchase conditions. For specific procedures, refer to the settings shown in the current app. If the documentation differs from what you see, verify the relevant options before proceeding.
2. App purchases and user responsibilities
Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms, primarily iPhone and iPad, and is available exclusively through the App Store. Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon and app ID 932747118. Purchases, payments, restoring purchases and refunds are handled according to the terms and process shown in the App Store.
A one-time purchase of the app does not include a service plan. This site does not provide, sell or recommend proxy servers or subscription services. Import instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details. You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to use them and verifying their validity and terms of use.
Keep your account details, subscription URLs and server credentials secure, and do not share them with unauthorized people. Save a restorable copy before changing your configuration. Before sharing diagnostic information, remove sensitive details that could identify your account or provide access to a service.
3. Lawful use
You must comply with the laws, regulations, network rules and service agreements that apply where you are and to your activities. Do not use the app, manual or rule examples for unlawful purposes. Before proceeding, confirm that you are authorized to use the target device, server and data.
Do not use related features for unauthorized access, disrupting another person’s systems, stealing or disclosing data, or violating anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights. Rule examples explain syntax and matching logic only; they do not grant the right to access any network resource. Example domains do not indicate that this site provides the associated services.
4. Availability and limits of liability
The app is sold through the App Store, and this site’s documentation does not replace the store’s purchase terms or the app license agreement. Connection results depend on factors such as your configuration, network conditions, server status and system settings. The documentation does not guarantee a particular connection result or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailable networks or services, configuration errors, data loss or resulting indirect damages. You are responsible for assessing the risks of your actions and for your configuration, backups and use of the app. These limits do not exclude or restrict liability where the law does not allow it, or affect your statutory consumer rights.
5. Intellectual property and use of content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app and related software rights belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. The official icon and screenshots shown on this site are for product identification and instructional purposes. Their display does not grant a license to use the trademarks, images or software.
When quoting text from this site, retain the source and necessary context. Do not edit it into misleading product claims or imply that the quoting party has received commercial authorization. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holders as required by law before commercial reproduction, republication or brand use.
6. Changes to these terms and help with issues
These terms may be revised as features, documentation coverage or applicable rules change. Revisions will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” month at the top will be updated. Where the law requires separate notice, it will be provided as required. Review the current terms before using this site again.
For help with an operation, start with the verification and troubleshooting steps in Getting Started. For purchase and restore issues, see Restore Purchases. When reporting a problem, describe the steps to reproduce it and the on-screen message. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription URLs.
